Q: How do longer stays work (3 months or more)?
A: Long stays are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed once the deposit has been received.
If a deposit hasn’t been paid yet, the room may remain available to other guests who are ready to confirm.
To request a long stay, simply submit a reservation request.
Booking early helps you secure your preferred room and enjoy a relaxed, deeper experience of life in Italy.

Q: How much is the deposit?
A: The required deposit to reserve your chosen room and stay is 30% of the total cost, including both the room and the Daily Living Package.

Long stays (3 months or more): A deposit of approximately 1 month’s total cost (room + Daily Living Package) is required to secure your reservation. Reservation can be done at any time.

1-Month Trial Stay: The full 1-month payment (room + Daily Living Package) is required at confirmation, about 1 month before arrival, and cannot be refunded.
Q: Can I get my deposit back if my plans change?
A: Yes, deposits are refundable according to the following rules:

Cancel more than 90 days before arrival → full refund of the deposit.

Q: Are there any additional fees?
A: There is a refundable security deposit, which is fully returned within 30 days after departure, provided there is no property damage or unpaid bills.

According to Italian law, a 10% VAT applies to accommodation and standard food services.

A: In case of Long stays, the remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival, and cannot be refunded.
1-Month Trial Stay: the full amount is paid 1 month before arrival, and cannot be refunded.
